To report a problem, email us at the email address below. 

You will need to type the address into your email program's "To" line. Doing it this way helps reduce the spam we receive.
Please include the following information:
1. Enter something meaningful on the email subject line, otherwise we may just discard the email as spam.
2. A description of the problem.
3. Instructions on how the problem can be recreated.
4. The version of the program that you are using.  The version number is contained in the Event Log (click the arrow marked button to the right of the MP3 Player and then on "View Event Log".)
